VIJAY SALES - HASTINAPURAM

I recently visited Vijay Sales of Hastinapuram Branch. I took my AC and Geyser from here. I really liked the experience of ease buying from here. Especially special thanks to Raja Shree Garu for her explaining skills about the product.

I’ve visited quite a few stores while looking for a laptop, including Bajaj Electronics, Croma, Lenovo Exclusive Store and Reliance Digital. Unfortunately, in many of these stores, the sales staff didn’t seem very interested in understanding the customer’s requirement or helping with the purchase. There is definitely a need for better basic sales etiquette, product knowledge and customer handling. I sometimes feel offline retailers are losing out to e-commerce partly because of this experience. Honestly, I never expected that I would end up buying my laptop from Vijay Sales, but the experience here was completely different. Mr. Sainath was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the options clearly, understood what we were looking for and, importantly, didn’t try to push us towards a particular brand. Instead, he gave us the information we needed to compare and make the decision ourselves. What impressed me most was his approach towards the customer. He knew the products well, answered our questions patiently and helped us rethink our options rather than simply trying to close the sale. They also offered us a very good deal on the laptop. Really happy with the overall experience and, especially, the way the team treated us. A special appreciation to Mr. Sainath for his excellent customer service. This is exactly the kind of sales experience that makes customers want to come back to an offline store. 👏😊
